Job Description

• Mix design optimization: Developing custom concrete mixes tailored to specific project needs, considering factors like strength, slump, setting time, and durability.
• Material testing: Conducting laboratory tests on concrete ingredients like aggregates, cement, admixtures, and fresh concrete to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Field testing: Performing on-site concrete testing, including slump tests, air content tests, and compressive strength testing to monitor quality during construction.
• Admixture selection and dosage: Advising on the appropriate admixtures to achieve desired concrete properties and optimizing their dosage based on project requirements.
• Technical support: Providing technical guidance to contractors and project teams regarding concrete placement, curing practices, and troubleshooting issues
• Quality control: Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures throughout the concrete production process, including batching, mixing, and delivery
• Research and development: Staying updated on new concrete technologies and admixtures, and potentially contributing to research and development efforts to improve concrete performance
• Customer interaction: Collaborating with clients to understand their concrete needs, providing technical advice, and addressing any concerns related to concrete quality
