Your Role

As a Concierge Executive , you will be the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. You will anticipate guest needs, provide personalised services, and handle requests to exceed expectations, all while contributing to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

About You

• Experience in a similar role, such as Housekeeping Supervisor or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Skilled in using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Strong organisational and team management skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
