lounge, art gallery and business centre.We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Concierge Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As the face of our organization, you will provide exceptional service and assistance to our esteemed clients and guests, ensuring memorable experiences and enhancing overall satisfaction.

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, offering a friendly and professional first impression
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly, responding to inquiries and requests with enthusiasm
  • Provide detailed information about local attractions, dining options, events, and transportation in Bengaluru and surrounding areas
  • Facilitate reservations for restaurants, transportation, and entertainment
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers to offer exclusive deals and experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events or activities for guests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and services provided
  • Stay updated on local happenings, trends, and cultural events in Bengaluru
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or luxury service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of Bengaluru's attractions, culture, and local area
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Adaptability to changing situations and guest requirements
