Job Summary

The Concept Designer for Corporate Events is responsible for creating and executing unique, innovative event concepts tailored to a corporate client's brand and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of event trends and brand aesthetics and the ability to transform ideas into captivating and memorable event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative event concepts aligned with the client's brand, goals, and audience, ensuring a unique and cohesive experience from start to finish.
• Work closely with the events team, marketing, and client representatives to understand brand identity, messaging, and project objectives.
• Design presentations and concepts effectively communicating the event's look and feel, highlighting key features and unique design elements.
• Provide input on space planning, lighting, staging, and decor to create visually compelling event environments.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to source materials, design installations, and ensure quality and alignment with the design vision.
• Continuously research and apply the latest trends in corporate events and experiential marketing.
• Prepare and present concepts to clients, explaining the creative rationale, inspiration, and execution plan. Oversee the setup and design aspects on the event day to ensure the vision is executed to the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in concept or event design, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate creative ideas and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
