We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, exceptional design skills, and the ability to bring innovative concepts to life. As a Design Architect, you will play a key role in developing design concepts, creating architectural drawings, and presenting ideas to clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts based on clients' needs, vision, and market trends.

Lead the development of architectural concepts from inception through schematic design ensuring innovation, sustainability, and feasibility.

Collaborate with project teams to explore and define design possibilities aligned with project objectives.

Prepare concept designs, sketches, diagrams, and high-quality renderings to communicate ideas effectively.

Present design proposals to clients, ensuring that the designs reflect both aesthetic aspirations and functional requirements.

Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.

Work with senior architects and project managers to ensure concepts align with budget and technical constraints.

Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape) to integrate their inputs into the conceptual design.

Stay updated on architectural trends, sustainable practices, and innovative design technologies.

Utilize design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, V-ray, Enscape, Lumion or similar platforms to produce compelling visual representations.

Participate in client meetings and presentations to gather feedback and refine design solutions.

Requirements:

- B.Arch. minimum

- Proven experience as a Design Architect or similar role in a design firm or architecture studio.

- Exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in design.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.

- Familiarity with U.S. building codes and standards is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
