About the Role: Managing the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, graphic designers, videographers, and developing a strategy that encompasses & aligns with the company's brand identity. Location: Goa Job Responsibilities: • Should be able to maintain high accuracy, productivity

• Manage guest/customer complaints
• ?Perform basic administrative/secretarial reception duties
• ?Arranging transportation and excursions upon visitor request
• Provide information and recommendation s on local
• Features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation
• ?Arranging tours and activities
• ?Making dinner/event reservations for guests
• Providing or arranging for general business services for guests
• Managing customer/guest requests for housekeeping and or maintenance
• ?Develop network of contacts, service providers and businesses within their communities to serve guests
Required Skills: • Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Qualification and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
