Product Owner : Cards and Payments.Key Skills : Agile Methodology, Scrum Ceremonies Contribution, Draft user stories, Define Acceptance Criteria.Good to have skills : SAFe(Certification) \xe2\x80\x93 POPM(Product Owner & Product Manager).Location : Bangalore/Gurgaon.Level : Con/Scon.Exp in Years : 6 \xe2\x80\x93 13 yrsNotice Period : Immediate - 45 Days.Work Model : HybridDescription:This role will take end-to end leadership and product ownership in partnership with Technology, Commercial and other keystakeholders.This Product Analyst will be responsible for defining features and user stories, articulating use cases, and defining the e2e customerexperience and will work closely with other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, UX Designers, Business Rulesdevelopers among other colleagues.Key Responsibilities\xe2\x88\x99Work with Product Managers and other Product Owners to define new product features, scope, and functionality.\xe2\x88\x99Translate the customer experiences into Features and User Stories, following SAFe/Agile methodology.\xe2\x88\x99Work with central and local market cross-functional teams to ensure capabilities meet market needs and adhere to localregulatory, compliance and risk requirements\xe2\x88\x99Work with technology team and understand API interactions, SOAP UI, Postman etc. to drive development and providefunctional clarifications as necessary\xe2\x88\x99Develop global capabilities and features that can be deployed locally\xe2\x88\x99Obtain feedback on the product to iterate and drive improvements in future releases\xe2\x88\x99Work with Product Owners to prioritize user stories for the scrum team.\xe2\x88\x99Maintain pulse on external developments and internal product development to assess implications for products.Minimum Qualifications\xe2\x88\x99Truly customer centric: empathy, experience of Design Thinking and Systems Thinking concepts and tools a bonus\xe2\x88\x99Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and the ability to articulate product functionality.\xe2\x88\x99Understands the basic technical aspects of the requirements (E.g. API interactions, understanding of tools like SOAPUI/Postman)\xe2\x88\x99Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to find enhancement opportunities\xe2\x88\x99Detailed oriented, able to identify key questions, make product decisions and determine how pieces of the puzzle interactand impact the overall project\xe2\x88\x99Recognize issues quickly and determine how to go about getting resolution\xe2\x88\x99Highly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability for getting results\xe2\x88\x99Excellent communication skills with ability to engage, influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment\xe2\x88\x99Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or similar working experience will be preferred.\xe2\x88\x99Knowledge of product/tech development frameworks used: Agile, Agile SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, OKR, LPM, etc.\xe2\x88\x99Good have SQL and API knowledge
