Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and field service for computer systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting. This role involves equipment repair, software installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Perform hardware and software diagnostics on various computer systems - Repair and replace damaged or malfunctioning hardware components - Install and configure operating systems and software applications - Troubleshoot network connectivity issues - Provide technical support to end-users in person or via phone/email - Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory - Collaborate with team members to improve overall system efficiency Qualifications: - Proven experience in technical support, field service, or related roles - Familiarity with schematics and soldering techniques - Knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems - Ability to perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks - Proficiency in software troubleshooting and installation - Experience in retail sales of computer products is a plus - Familiarity with hand tools used in computer repair If you are a dedicated Computer Technician with a passion for technology and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.
