Salary: ?10,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience and skills) + Performance Bonus

About the Role

Akshay Computer Institute is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Computer Faculty to join our team. As a faculty member, you will be key in delivering quality education to students while managing various aspects of the institute's day-to-day operations. This position requires technical expertise, teaching skills, and a proactive attitude to help students excel in their chosen fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive classes for students across various computer subjects.
• Create and manage course content, including teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide students in practical applications of software and programming.
• Perform administrative tasks, including managing admissions, course sales, and fee collection.
• Contribute to marketing efforts through social media, YouTube channel management, and other strategies.
• Provide regular reports on student progress and institute performance.

Required Skills

Candidates must be proficient in the following:

• Accounting Software : Financial Accounting in Tally Prime with GST and TDS.
• Microsoft Office : Advanced Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access.
• Typing Skills : Devnagri Hindi Typing and English Typing.
• Programming : C++, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Networking : Computer Networks and Fundamentals.
• Technologies : Internet of Things (IoT).
• Creative Tools : Video Editing.
• Marketing : Social Media Marketing and YouTube Channel Management.

Qualifications

• A degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with the right skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
