Diagnosing Issues

: Identifying problems with computer systems, including hardware malfunctions and software errors.

Repairing Hardware:

Replacing defective parts such as hard drives, RAM, processors, and power supplies.

Software Support:

Installing, updating, and troubleshooting operating systems, drivers, and application software.

System Upgrades:

Recommending and installing upgrades like increased memory, better graphics cards, or faster processors.

Data Recovery

: Recovering lost or corrupted data when possible, and advising on backup solutions.

Network Troubleshooting:

Assisting with network-related issues such as Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, and cables.

Customer Service:

Communicating technical solutions to clients, offering advice on computer maintenance, and handling customer inquiries.

Testing and Maintenance

: Performing routine system checks, software updates, and preventive maintenance.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Problem-solving abilities for diagnosing and fixing issues.

Familiarity with various operating systems, especially Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to stay up to date with the latest technology trends and developments

Pay: ?10,780.08 - ?25,574.09 per month
