Job Title: TFT Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced TFT Executive to lead our company's strategic initiatives in the Thin Film Transistor sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing TFT technologies, driving business growth, and cultivating strong relationships within the industry. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to oversee all aspects of TFT operations and drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives in the TFT sector.

- Lead market analysis and identify growth opportunities in TFT technologies.

2. Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations related to TFT manufacturing, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.

- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-control measures.

3. Technology and Product Development:

- Drive innovation in TFT technologies and products through research and development initiatives.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize product design and performance.

4. Business Development and Sales:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.

5. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for TFT manufacturing.

- Implement quality assurance processes to uphold product reliability and performance.

6. Team Leadership and Development:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior management role within the TFT industry, with a deep understanding of TFT technologies and applications.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
