: Computer Operator with Telecaller and Online Order Collector

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Computer Operator with responsibilities including telecalling and collecting orders through online platforms. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage online transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Telecalling:
• Contacting potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services.
• Answering questions about products or the company.
• Order Packaging and Sending by Courier with all forilities.

Online Order Collection:

• Monitoring online platforms (e.g., website, e-commerce portals, social media) for incoming orders.
• Ensuring prompt response to customer queries related to orders.
• Processing customer orders accurately and promptly.

Computer Operations:

• Operating computer systems and maintaining online platforms for order processing.
• Inputting data, maintaining records, and generating reports as required.
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer information.

Customer Service:

• Providing excellent customer service throughout the order process.
• Resolving customer complaints or issues related to orders.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
• Familiarity with online platforms and order processing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
