We are looking for a skilled and reliable Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), data entry, and have experience working with Management Information Systems (MIS) to help support the organization's data processing needs. The Computer Operator will ensure accurate data entry, prepare reports, and assist with general administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry : Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• MS Office Expertise :
• Create, format, and edit documents in Microsoft Word .
• Manage spreadsheets and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel .
• Prepare presentations and reports in Microsoft PowerPoint .
• Handle emails and calendars in Microsoft Outlook .
• MIS Reporting : Assist with generating and formatting Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Database Management : Update and maintain data in MIS systems as required for management and operational needs.
• Document Management : Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for easy access and retrieval.
• General Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
• Technical Troubleshooting : Assist with basic troubleshooting of computer hardware and software issues when necessary.
• Ensure Data Accuracy : Maintain the integrity of databases by performing regular checks and data validation.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a computer operator or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MIS reporting and the ability to generate standard and customized reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic computer-related issues.
• A basic understanding of databases and data entry systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other office software or enterprise tools (e.g., ERP systems, CRM software).
• Experience in a similar role within a corporate or office environment.
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher is preferred.
