Job Title: Computer Operator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator to manage and monitor our organization's computer systems. You will ensure smooth system operations, perform data entry tasks, and troubleshoot minor issues, ensuring systems are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring: Monitor computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure they are functioning optimally.
• Data Entry & Management: Input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases as required.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor software and hardware issues or escalate to technical support when needed.
• Backup & Security: Perform regular backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system activities, errors, and resolutions.
• Support: Provide basic technical support to staff for routine computer-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with IT or computer-related training).
• Experience: Prior experience in a computer operation or IT support role is preferred.
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
