- Excel Proficiency:
- Create and manage detailed spreadsheets for tracking quotations, invoices, and inventory.
- Develop and update quotation templates as per client requirements.
- Analyze and report on data trends to assist in business decision-making.
- Quotation Management:
- Prepare and issue quotations to clients based on their requests and requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of quotation requests.
- Invoicing:
- Generate and process invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and handle any discrepancies.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and track stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory replenishment as needed.
- Client Communication:
- Answer and manage client calls, providing information and addressing queries as needed.
- Convert leads from the Indiamart portal into actionable opportunities.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Indiamart Portal Leads:
- Review and assess leads from the Indiamart portal.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into potential sales or business opportunities.
- Document lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
- Knowledge of invoicing procedures and inventory management practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Indiamart or similar online lead generation portals is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
