Samson Scientifics and Surgicals Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of orthopedic and rehabilitation products based in Indore, is seeking a motivated individual to manage and enhance the use of our field employee tracking software, SEFMED Pharma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the SEFMED Pharma tracking system for field employees.
• Provide training and support to field employees on the effective use of the software.
• Monitor employee activities, generate reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve field productivity using data insights from the software.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with the software provider for updates or enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using tracking or CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Tech-savvy with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in pharma or healthcare industries is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
