Computer Operator
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITES
• Monitor computer systems for performance and identify potential issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and virus scans.
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and resolving issues.
• Accurately enter data into computer systems according to established procedure
• Maintain detailed records of system operations, maintenance activities, and technical support incidents.
• Prepare reports on system performance and usage.
REQUIREMENT
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Minimum 1 year Working in a computer operations or technical support role.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
