Provide technical support to users by answering questions, resolving problems, and providing guidance.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment efficiently to process and maintain data in accordance with established procedures and schedules.
• Monitor and control computer systems and networks to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues or errors.
• Execute batch processing, data backup, and job scheduling tasks as per instructions.
• Input commands and parameters into computer terminals and systems to execute programs, update files, and perform data transfers.

Requirements :-

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a computer operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating computer systems, including familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
