Job Description
• System maintenance : Monitoring and managing computer systems and networks, including servers and mainframes
• Troubleshooting : Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues
• Updates : Installing software updates and patches
• Security : Ensuring data security and integrity, and implementing security measures like firewalls
• Backups : Overseeing daily backup operations and data recovery processes
• Documentation : Maintaining accurate logs and documentation of system operations, issues, and resolutions
• User support : Responding to user requests and queries
