Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• A Back Office Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the company by performing various administrative tasks. This role involves handling data entry, documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Documentation
• Enter data accurately into company databases and systems.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records.
• Update and verify information as required.

Record Management:

• Manage and organize digital and physical records.
• Retrieve information efficiently when needed.
• Assist in archiving old records and disposing of outdated materials.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.

Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

General Office Duties:

• Handle office-related tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
