Job Description

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
• Maintain and organize office documents, records, and correspondence.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
• Coordinate with staff and departments for smooth workflow.
• Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory and placing orders when necessary.
• Greet and assist visitors or clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, or redirect calls to the appropriate staff.
• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain and update databases or systems related to office records.
• Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• General Office Maintenance:
• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with facility management for any repairs or maintenance tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
