• Prepare and issue invoices for customers accurately and promptly.
• Create and send cold emails to potential clients to promote our products and services.
• Attend to customers' inquiries and provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone or email.
• Coordinate the dispatch and receipt of materials, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers, ensuring all details are accurately captured.
• Perform other general administrative duties as required, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Timings are - 9:00 am to 7:30 pm, 6 days a week (Sunday Off)
