Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day data entry and maintain digital and physical records.
• Oversee basic accounting tasks, including voucher preparation, invoice management, and expense tracking.
• Handle email correspondence, report generation, and file organization.
• Ensure timely updates of records in compliance with organizational standards.
• Coordinate with teams to provide administrative support for ongoing projects
• Design visually appealing promotional materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with teams to create impactful content for campaigns and events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Edit and enhance images and videos for online and offline platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends to ensure innovative and effective designs.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify target audiences and create plans to increase engagement and reach.
• Research and stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Create engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy) for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content writers to ensure visually appealing and impactful content.
• Curate relevant third-party content to share on social platforms to enhance engagement.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews across platforms.
• Foster relationships with followers and build a loyal online community.
• Monitor online conversations about the brand and industry and engage where appropriate.
• Track and analyze social media metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Prepare monthly/weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use data to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, including copyright and data protection laws, in all social media activities.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, etc.).
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in designing for social impact or non-profit organizations is preferred.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in any field., Perusing also considered.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
