Media Tech Temple is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Computer Operator to join our team. The Computer Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling computer systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of data processing tasks, and providing support to the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor computer systems and operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or errors.

- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.

- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are followed.

- Prepare and maintain accurate logs and records of operations.

- Assist in the setup and configuration of computer hardware and software.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

- Execute scheduled tasks and jobs as per standard operating procedures.

- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system improvements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.

- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role.

- Proficiency in computer systems, networks, and peripheral equipment.

- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and office applications.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of database management and data entry processes.

- Experience with network management and security protocols.

- Understanding of backup and recovery procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
