About the Role:-
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Computer Operator / Back Office Executive to join our team. The primary role involves handling data entry, preparing quotations, drafting letters in both English and Hindi, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Prepare quotations in both English and Hindi as per client requirements.
• Draft and format professional letters and documents.
• Take responsibility for the submission and management of government tenders.
• Enter, manage, and update data accurately in our systems.
• Support the front office and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain organized files and documents for easy retrieval and review.
• Handle routine emails and correspondence.
Qualifications :-
• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong typing skills in English and Hindi.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hindi.
• Must own a personal vehicle for work related travel.
Skills:-
