Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to start and manage a computer training academy in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing or supporting computer training centers, along with strong people management skills. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the academy's operations, including staff hiring, training, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and launch the computer training academy, including setting up the infrastructure and developing initial training programs.
• Oversee daily operations of the academy, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to educational standards.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, including instructors and administrative personnel.
• Develop and implement training programs and curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Maintain and update hardware and software resources to ensure they meet current technological standards.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resources to ensure the academy operates efficiently and remains financially viable.
• Foster a positive learning environment, addressing any issues or concerns from students and staff promptly.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students and promote the academy's programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and other organizations to enhance the academy's reputation and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in managing or supporting computer training centers.
• Diploma in Hardware and Software.
• Strong people management skills, with experience in staff hiring and management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using various computer applications and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
