Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware Installation and Maintenance:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
• Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and replacements as needed.
• Networking:
• Set up and configure network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues.
• Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
• System Administration:
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure system backups and data recovery processes are in place and functional.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, network configurations, and support activities.
• Prepare and submit technical reports and documentation as required.
• Training and Development:
• Stay updated on the latest hardware and networking technologies.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in computer hardware and networking.
• Hands-on experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and network devices.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
• Proficiency in network setup and management, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
• Familiarity with network security practices and protocols.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
