The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fixing computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and extensive knowledge of computer peripherals.Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in desktops and laptops.
- Build custom PCs as per customer specifications.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
- Maintain and upgrade computer hardware, including peripherals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers both in-store and remotely.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolutions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Document and maintain records of services and repairs performed.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with different operating systems and platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of computer peripherals and their functions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
