Composite Technician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hand lay-up of composites.
• Prepare molds for composite lay-up.
• Execute vacuum bagging processes.
• Operate CNC machines for ply cutting.
• Manage oven and autoclave curing.
• Trim composite parts to specifications.
• Bond composites to composites and metals.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
Qualifications:
• Education: ITI/Diploma in Chemical, Polymer, or Composite Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in composite production.
• Skills:
• Hand lay-up and mold preparation.
• Vacuum bagging and curing processes.
• CNC ply cutting and trimming.
• Composite and metal bonding.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
