Job Title: Compliance Specialist
Department : Finance & Accounting
Reporting: AVP/Vertical Head - Compliance
Purpose of Job: To handle the compliance activity at an Organisational level
Job Responsibilities: Monitor compliance with the Act, regulations, guidelines, and internal policies.Stay up to date with and understand the Act, policies,regulation and Identify new laws, regulations, or regulatory developments that might impact the company.Monitor non-compliance and escalate any unaddressed issues.Assist in creating a repository of all Acts, rules, and regulations applicable to the company.Be capable of conducting regulatory testing.Carry out other duties/projects as assigned or delegated by the manager.
Qualifications: Education: CS Intern/CS qualified (with one year of experience)/CA intermediate (with experience in regulatory compliance and compliance testing related to NBFC and debt-listed companies) Work Experience: 0 to 2years
Other Requirements: Self starterGood interpretation skills of various lawsFocused on closureVery Good in Excel, PPT & Data AnalysisGood Communication
Skills & Competencies Skills Technical Skills Companies Act, SEBI LODR and RBI Master Directions for NBFCs (preferable) Competencies : Good moral characterAttentive listeningPositive Attitude
