Clariant\'s portfolio is optimized for future growth, focusing on three business areas: Care Chemicals, Catalysis, and Natural Resources.Purpose of the role:This role is responsible for supporting Clariant Group\'s global compliance program, which involves reviewing third parties for various compliance risks and assisting the compliance team with key projects. The position plays a vital role in implementing and monitoring the compliance program, offering training and raising awareness, managing documentation, and conducting reviews and risk assessments.Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Compliance team on key projects.
  • Review and screening of third parties (for different compliance risk).
  • Provide reporting updates on key compliance program items.
  • Undertaking monitoring & testing of key compliance risk scenarios (based on data analysis).
  • Enhance productivity through automation and Lean practices, addressing potential bottlenecks.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Implement best practices in compliance processes and reporting.
  • Provide e-trainings and updating the learning management system
Requirements
  • A degree in Law or Compliance Management is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient with standard IT tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • IT development skills are an advantage.
