Comfort Click is urgently hiring for a Compliance Specialist. About Us A group that has been involved in ecommerce since 2002. Our India offices are in Vadodara and Hyderabad and provide us with a suite of functions that include web production, marketing, accounting and support. Where a lot of international companies utilise manpower from India, we don\'t see them as a back office but rather the core of what we do and who we are as a team. The Job Responsibilities include: Performing compliance checks to ensure overall product compliance such as for the labels, for the product formulations, data sheets as well as for the suppliers. Registering or pre-notifying the products in various countries before we start selling them. Solving compliance related issues from Amazon to reinstate our listings there. Ensuring record keeping of various documents / certificates and relevant details. Keeping a check on the updates in the regulations and implementing the same in the processes. Maintaining our business licences. Handling the inspections by the authorities. Improvising the existing processes as per the requirements. Maintaining the Extended Producer Responsibility for WEEE, Packaging & Batteries. Working on getting the products tested by the third parties on various parameters required as per the regulations. Ensuring the GMP, HACCP & General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance. Exploring new areas of compliance and helping the team to implement them. Communicating & coordinating with the internal departments as & when required. Communicating with the country\'s local authorities as & when required. Handle & maintain our trademarks & patents. About You Good organisational and communication skills: written and verbal, good command of the English language Excellent attention to details Ability to work as per deadline and prioritise tasks accordingly Ability to following procedures and processes at the same time look for initiatives to improvise A can-do attitude Should be organised and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Having working knowledge about food supplements / ingredients used in food supplements would be an added benefit, but is not compulsory Having an understanding of the UK or European regulations would be preferable. Understanding of GDPR compliance is mandatory. An experience of solving compliance related issues coming from amazon would be an added benefit.
