Alpyne Labs, a rapidly expanding startup acknowledged by DPIIT in the Web3/Crypto sector, collaborates with leading crypto exchanges both in India and internationally, facilitating daily transactions amounting to millions. We have secured funding from prominent investors like 100X.VC and Tenity

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the seasoned founders of Alpyne Labs, with over 15 years of experience in successfully launching and scaling multiple startups, and alumni of prestigious institutions like IIT-NIT.

This is a remote opportunity

Salary Range: ?20,000- ?30,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Manage and represent the company in court proceedings, ensuring all legal protocols are adhered to.
• Travel as required for court appearances, meetings, and other business-related activities.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the community.
• Understand the company's products and services.
• Negotiate on the company's behalf to create, modify, and execute deals.
• Provide legal counsel during legal proceedings, administrative board reviews, and litigations when necessary.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree, related to Law.
• Working knowledge of the Payment & Settlements Act, Banking Laws Act, NPCI, SEBI, compliances with AML, fraud, and illegal transactions would be preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, , and communication skills are crucial
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources, and work independently or within a team.
• Computer proficient - ability to use MS Office and Google Suite
