The Opportunity: Worldline's Merchant Services Global Business Line is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions. Y our day-to-day responsibilities include: • Reporting line: reporting to the Head Compliance MS - India.
• Monitoring compliance with local and industry specific regulations (PCI DSS, ISO27001, CROE), and implementation of required measures.
• Monitoring of IT and IT security compliances with respect to RBI, UIDAI, NPCI guidelines
• Periodic review on the efficiency, effectiveness and controls of the compliance programs
• Responsible for driving to closure all gaps and audit points related to IT and IT security compliance.
• Must have good understanding of the basic frameworks relating to Information security, IT Risk and Compliance such as COBIT, COSO Frameworks, PCI Frameworks etc..
• Monitoring and participate to the further development of the security risk management and internal control system relevant tools, systems and processes.
• Exposure to GRC reporting platforms is desirable.
• Ability to create professional documentation for policy making, audit trails and regulatory reporting.
• Conducting periodic audits of internal data and network security controls to validate the effectiveness identify risks and promote continuous improvement.
• Providing guidance to the 1st line security organization.
• Monitoring, governing and validating security maturity level of key suppliers.
• Supporting the Information Security activities of MS Security organization for your scope.
Skills we'd like: • Bachelor/Master in IT, IT Security, Engineering or equivalent
• Certificate in security (e.g. CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP) is a strong plus
• Minimum 10-14 years of experience in information security, security risk management and/or cyber security
• Proven knowledge of relevant security frameworks (ISO27001, PCI)
• Knowledge of the payment industry is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with eye for detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both verbally and written
• Results driven and persistent
• Multicultural mindset and flexibility, able to work in an international environment
