• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to the liaison department.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters.
• Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage all compliance-related communications.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies accordingly.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Investigate any reported compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance.
