Join our team as a Compliance Officer overseeing adherence to legal, regulatory, and

industry standards across IT operations, ensuring integrity, security, and operational

efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures tailored to IT operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems, processes, and data security measures to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with IT operations, including data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing training and awareness programs for employees on compliance policies, data protection practices, and ethical standards to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
• Develop and oversee incident response procedures for IT-related breaches or violations
• Ensuring timely reporting to management, regulatory bodies, and affected stakeholders as required.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, legal counsel, and senior management to address compliance issues, provide strategic guidance, and support business initiatives while maintaining compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting IT operations, ensuring proactive adaptation of policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Evaluate and monitor compliance of vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring contractual agreements include necessary security and compliance requirements.
• Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all compliance activities, promoting a corporate culture that values transparency, accountability, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field,preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT operations, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across departments and levels of the organization.
