Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay current on federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Policy Development and Implementation:
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR compliance policies and procedures.
• Communicate HR policies to employees and management.
• Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
• Audits and Reporting:
• Lead regular compliance audits to assess adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
• Develop and oversee corrective action plans to address compliance issues.
• Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding compliance-related inquiries and concerns.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints related to compliance issues.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of employee relations practices in compliance with legal requirements.
• Recordkeeping and Documentation:
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Ensure proper documentation of all HR compliance activities.
• Safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and assess potential compliance risks within the organization.
• Develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks.
• Collaborate with the legal department and other stakeholders to address and resolve compliance risks.
• Training and Development:
• Develop and deliver training programs on HR compliance topics.
• Ensure all employees receive appropriate and timely compliance training.
• Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and changes in regulations.
• Leadership and Management:
• Lead and manage a team of HR compliance professionals.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
• Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
Having Knowledge of HR Compliance like; PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Generating UAN number & Challan, filling Online PF/ ESI Challan and payment with the authorized Bank, only may apply for this Post.
Relevant Experience: Labour/ Statutory Compliance liaisoning with labour Law Act like Shop and Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, HRA Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc, will be an added advantages
Computer Knowledge: Must be a Computer Savvy (MS Office) and having thorough knowledge of excel sheet preparation.
Total Experience: Minimum 4 to 15 years.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
