Greetings, We are hiring for HR Compliance Executive Roles & Responsibilities : \xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparing Monthly & Half yearly ESI Returns, remittance \xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintaining of Registers & Records under Various labour Acts like - ESIC, PF, CLRA , PT, Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, etc \xe2\x9e\xa2 Involving statutory internal and external auditing and Inspection. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Amicable relationship with Employees, Clients, Management, Subordinates and Govt. Authorities. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Handling compliance activity which includes preparation of challans, submitting monthly returns & annual returns, remittance of PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus and LWF towards related departments. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Handing compliances data for All employees Desired Candidates : 1. Minimum 3 Yrs of experience in HR Compliance (Consultancy experience preferred) 2. Qualification : Graduation is must (HR Background) 3.
