Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Compliance Manager.
Qualification : Prior experience at a PMS is needed.
Experience : 2-4 years
Location : Tardeo / Worli
:
1. Operations Management
+ on-boarding of clients with the relevant documentation; maintain
all the relevant documentation (disclosure document, on-boarding
documentation) as per SEBI guidelines
+ ensure timely execution of trades , settlements and
reconciliation process with the custodian, fund accounting and
brokers
+ develop operational procedures and policies
2. SEBI Compliances
+ Implement internal policies, controls and procedures as per
SEBI regulations (investor charter, organizational trades etc)
+ Stay updated with changes in regulations and ensure the firm's
compliance with new regulatory requirements.
+ Handle SEBI inspections and audits, and ensure timely and
accurate submission of regulatory filings and reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
