Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Statutory Compliance Preferred industries: Preferred talents from Power Transmission (Substation & Transmission Line) and Solar sectors. Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Statutory Compliance Experience: 3~10 years Package : Upto 9 Lakhs Job location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Qualification: MLM / PD Diploma in Labour Laws / MHRM / MBA / MSW \xe2\x80\x93 HR Job Responsibilities: Ensure Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labor and statutory regulations at project sites. This includes obtaining Statutory Licenses and Registration Certificates within the prescribed timeframes and ensuring their renewal before expiry. Knowledge of Applicable Acts: Demonstrate expertise in various labor laws and acts, including but not limited to BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers), BOCW Cess, ISMW (Inter-State Migrant Workmen), CLRA (Contract Labor Regulation and Abolition), EPF (Employees\' Provident Fund), EC (Employees\' Compensation), ESI (Employee State Insurance), PT (Professional Tax), LWF (Labor Welfare Fund), and State & Central Minimum Wages compliances. Grievance Handling: Effectively handle grievances and concerns raised by contract workers and ensure appropriate resolution in compliance with labor laws. Contractor Audits/Assessments: Conduct audits and assessments of contractors to evaluate their compliance with labor laws. Monitor, report, and track compliance status, and support the team in maintaining a smooth contractor assessment process. Compliance under CLRA: Ensure that all compliance requirements under the Contract Labor Regulation and Abolition Act (CLRA) are met by the principal employer. Audit Supplier Documents: Audit contractor documents to ensure adherence to labor and factory compliance standards. Statutory Obligations: Ensure that statutory obligations are met before engaging contract workers by the contractor, and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary. Government and Labor Office Interaction: Establish and maintain effective communication and relations with government officials, labor offices, and other relevant authorities. Build strong connections with stakeholders in the industry. Handling Volume Laborers: Manage a high volume of laborers and contractors efficiently, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of legal and compliance requirements. HR Clearance and Full & Final Settlement: Oversee the clearance and full & final settlement process for contract laborers in accordance with labor laws. Record Keeping: Monitor and maintain records, registers, and returns under various labor laws. This includes muster rolls, registers of wages, registers of deductions for damages, registers of fines, registers of advances, registers of overtime, and other relevant documents.
