Job Description


Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Statutory Compliance Industry preferred : Power / EPC Projects / Energy / Infra / Construction Sector only Experience: 3~10 years Qualification: MLM / PD Diploma in Labour Laws / MHRM / MBA / MSW \xe2\x80\x93 HR : As an Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Statutory Compliance, your primary role is to ensure 100% compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations at project sites. You will be responsible for obtaining statutory licenses and registration certificates within the prescribed limits of applicable Acts and ensuring timely renewal before expiry. You will also play a key role in managing and handling grievances related to contract workers. Your qualifications and experience will be essential in fulfilling the following roles and responsibilities: Obtain Statutory Licenses & Registration Certificates: Ensure timely acquisition of statutory licenses and registration certificates required for project sites.
Renew licenses and certificates before their expiration to maintain compliance. Compliance Management: Expertise in various labor laws, including BOCW, BOCW Cess, ISMW, CLRA, EPF, EC, ESI, PT, LWF, State & Central Minimum Wages compliances.
Handle grievances of contract workers effectively, ensuring their rights and welfare are protected. Contractor Engagement: Ensure that the statutory obligations are met before engaging contract workers by the Contractor.
Facilitate the licensing process for contractors. Gate Pass and Entry Control: Issue Temporary ID cum Gate passes for authorized contract workers.
Ensure proper entry and exit control of contract workers at the plant or project site. Record Keeping and Compliance Checks: Perform monthly checks on statutory compliance.
Maintain and check various registers required under labor laws, such as Muster roll, Register of wages, Register of deduction for damages, Register of fines, Register of advances, Register of overtime, etc. Audit and Supplier Document Verification: Audit contractors to ensure they are following labor and factory compliance requirements.
Verify and submit contractor bills to the Account Department. Form V and Permit Compliance: Ensure the timely acquisition of Form V from the principal employer.
Obtain gate permits and work permits from all contractors as required. This role is critical in ensuring that the company operates within the legal framework, adheres to labor laws, and maintains a positive working environment for contract workers. Your expertise in statutory compliance and labor laws is essential to meet these objectives effectively. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 33,000.00 - 75,000.00 per month Schedule:
