Compliance Manager
Job Description
The Compliance Manager will ensure our operations comply with social and material standards such as SA8000, Sedex, RWS, GOTS, and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Compliance:
• Monitor and enforce compliance with SA8000, Sedex, RWS, GOTS, and labor laws.
• Develop?and implement compliance policies
Audits:
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits.
• Address non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Training:
• Train staff on compliance requirements.
• Keep the team updated on changes in standards and regulations.
Documentation:
• Maintain compliance records and reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for certifications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field.
• 5+ years in compliance management, preferably in textiles or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of labor laws, SA8000, Sedex, RWS, GOTS.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
