Primary Responsibility 1. To maintain weekly, bi-weekly and monthly trackers for publishing 2. Co-ordination with the back end team for updates on regular basis 3. Co-ordination for pending documents on regular basis 4. Getting all the forms/documents signed from respective SPOCs for further processing and providing them to the respective teams as and when required 5. Ensuring timely submission of all the documents to respective authorities (Form A \xe2\x80\x93Gratuity Act, S&E, TL & PT) 6. Reconciliation of Branch master with compliance dashboard on monthly basis (live and exit branches) 7. Processing and reconciliation of compliance invoices (payment & outstanding) Required Skills 1. Good communication skills verbal and written 2. Expert in excel 3. Working knowledge of all statutory compliances 4. Excellent co-ordination skills 5.
