Position Title: Compliance Coordinator
Location: Ahmedabad
Position Type: Onsite (Full Time)
Qualification: Any Graduates. (Undergraduates with relevant experience will be considered)
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee Shop and Establishment (S&E) Act compliance, ensuring clients meet all statutory requirements related to employee working hours, leave, wages, and workplace conditions.
Manage vendor compliance activities, including regular audits and ensuring that vendors adhere to labor laws, PF/ESI regulations, and contract terms.
Coordinate with vendors across PAN India, ensuring that all service agreements and legal obligations are maintained and up-to-date.
Handle vendor audits, ensuring compliance with the Bonus Act, LWF Act, and other applicable laws.
Assist clients in responding to inspections and queries from government authorities related to vendor management and S&E compliance.
Maintain detailed MIS reports for clients, tracking compliance performance, vendor audits, and any necessary corrective actions.
Provide guidance to clients regarding compliance requirements under the Factory Act, where applicable, and other relevant legislation.
Ensure timely compliance with payroll processing, especially regarding vendors and contract staff.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly in managing and presenting MIS reports for clients.
Skills and Requirements:
Solid understanding of Shop and Establishment Act, vendor management compliance, and payroll processing.
Experience with vendor audits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and client contracts.
Ability to manage and communicate effectively with clients across PAN India.
Experience with compliance-related software and tools is a plus.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
