From our welcoming, inclusive, and flexible culture to our global and diverse business, we offer opportunities not only to help you reach your potential but also to contribute to our clients\xe2\x80\x99 achievements.Come join us in delivering better outcomes for our clients around the world!What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Sr. Compliance Tech Specialist?Support and actively participate in various compliance technology initiatives which would include:Coordinating with the technology team and the relevant compliance team member for data, testing etcGetting trained and become an SME on thePreparing reports/ updates, underlying reference guides etc for the sameAssess and analyze process automation opportunities & tools:For the identified processes, assess opportunities to automate the processAssess identified tools or application to understand its functionality and use cases that can help the Regulatory ComplianceWork closely with Compliance team and other teams (as required) in such projects.Support the Compliance Surveillance program:Analyze alerts triggered by the relevant tool based on data pointsDocument the analysis, escalate or close the alters post reviewDiscuss the escalation cases with concerned compliance officer/ team, as requiredUpdate reference guidesManagement Information and dashboard:Preparation of various Management Information reports required by Regulatory ComplianceThis could include data analytics reports/ dashboardsSupport the Compliance team on various data extraction or analysis requestsQualifications/Requirements:Qualification & experience \xe2\x80\x93 bachelor\'s degree in engineering; 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Data analytics or process automation related fieldsKnowledge and experience in Tableau or Power Bi is a mustExperience in python, alytrex is a plusApproximately four years of relevant corporate experience.Directly related experience in compliance department for an asset management or financial services company a plus but not essentialBasic experience with application and user testing process.Familiarity with a system development lifecycle methodology \xe2\x80\x93 Waterfall/ AgileExperience with process improvement preferred.Previous job history and training demonstrate:excellent research, comprehension, analytical and decision-making skillsprofessional skills necessary to independently manage multiple complex projects involving confidential and detailed information.Skills in data analytics would be a plusAnalytical Approach - Synthesizes ideas and information required for process improvement into a manageable form.Requirements Analysis - Knowledge of and ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.Embracing Challenge - Knowledge of the issues and opportunities in complex situations and working with the team to work on those.Ability to work with limited instructions and in tight deadlinesKnowledge of proper English usage, grammar, spelling, vocabulary and of generally accepted office practices, procedures and equipmentAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingAdvanced knowledge of business desktop applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Project, Windows, Visio, etc.) requiredExcellent planning, project management and progress reporting skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality.Experience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential!Our culture is shaped by our diverse global workforce and strongly held core values.
