Salary: 18k to 25k CTC+ AllowancesJob Profile
- Perform audits to ensure contractors comply with Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), and Minimum Wage regulations
- Examine wage registers and other payroll documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare detailed monthly audit reports summarizing findings, highlighting non-compliance issues, and suggesting corrective actions
- Stay updated on current labor laws and regulations related to PF, ESIC, PT, and minimum wages.Requirements
Candidate should be from labor law consultancy background.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven minimum 2 years experience in auditing, payroll management, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws related to PF, ESIC, PT, and minimum wages.
- Proficient in using auditing tools and payroll software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- This position may require travel to various contractor sites for audits.
