Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, a Compliance Analyst will:-

• You might be required to handle various compliance programs, including Conflict of Interest Check, Gift & Hospitality Program, Vendor Compliance Review Program, Partner Risk Due diligence, third party due diligence review, Sarbanes Oxley,.
• Review documentation for customer accounts, evaluates high-risk accounts, and analyzes customer processes and policies.
• Participate in meetings with the customer from time to time.
• Support periodic and specific reporting requirements.
• The resource would need to support on US time zone (PST).

Experience

• 3-6 years experience in Conflict of Interest, Vendor Management, due diligence, and compliance support.
• Supporting various compliance programs, including third party due diligence review, Sarbanes Oxley, and gifts & entertainment.

Skills for Success

• Strong knowledge of Conflict of Interest, Gift and Entertainment and other compliance program. Knowledge of Know Your Customer, third party due diligence processing knowledge.
• Compliance process improvement experience.
• Experienced managing data and metrics reporting.
• Possesses Excel, Outlook, and Smartsheet knowledge. Should be understand Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
• Has experience in legal workflow technology tools.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of FCPA, UK bribery Act, and SEC compliance policies.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (MBA /Law gaduate preferred)
