A Compliance Analyst/ Advisor takes responsibility for the operational monitoring of our global threshold limits via the Regulatory Threshold Tracking (RTT) dashboard. Under the supervision of the Compliance Manager (RTT) and Senior Compliance Manager (Regulatory Reporting & Thresholds), the Compliance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring maintains its license to operate and avoids risk of regulatory fines through compliance with our global threshold monitoring obligations under EMIR, MiFID II, MAS and Dodd-Frank.The Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day processes and controls, reviewing the threshold limits, initiating the predefined escalation process when required and coordinating with various stakeholders to implement relevant regulatory changes and enhancements to the dashboard. In addition, the Compliance Analyst will be accountable for coordinating and responding to regulatory queries in consultation with key stakeholders.Key accountabilities:In more detail, you will have the exciting opportunity to:

• Manage the day-to-day operational monitoring of regulatory threshold obligations across relevant jurisdictions on the RTT dashboard.
• Lead and project manage the operational maintenance and change control of the RTT dashboard in liaison with relevant I&E support team.
• Manage and respond to regulatory queries, working closely with the Senior Compliance Manager, Compliance Manager for RTT, Regulatory Legal and E&C Regulation teams.
• Support senior internal stakeholders on the RTT project to discuss regulatory threshold requirements and obtain relevant business sign off.
• Plan and manage changes to the RTT dashboard and processes that flow from future regulatory change across jurisdictions, working closely with the Senior Compliance Manager, Compliance Manager for RTT, Regulatory Legal and E&C Regulation teams.
• Be accountable for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks to regulatory threshold limits on an ongoing basis and flag this to relevant stakeholders.
• Own and maintain processes, procedures, and controls documentation for regulatory threshold monitoring.
• Design and present test scenarios and manage the execution of test cases for RTT dashboard.
• Demonstrate the RTT dashboard to senior stakeholders and develop its functionality to meet the future needs of the Trading & Shipping business.
• Develop relationships with our business and I&E partners, leading on relevant regulatory projects and establishing compliance as a key enabler and partner.
