  • Handle Query on worklog, call mail, complaints and franchisee agreements.
  • Query types: company business plan, incentive, rank promotions, monthly offers/distributors ID status, distributor complaints, franchisee/galwayshop
  • Query document preparation.
Role: Customer complaint specialist Industry Type: Direct Selling (FMCG Products) Department: Customer Success, Service and Operations Experience required: Minimum 1 year Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Education
