You are responsible for Developing dashboards and data visualizations needed to effectively monitor the Complaint Handling process. Translating business requirements into technical queries. Working with Development, Risk Management and Engineering to establish and develop proper statistical techniques to drive Complaint Handing and PMS trending. Reviewing and interpreting data that is used for the monitoring, trending and escalation of complaint data. Supporting the documentation of trending procedures and trending analysis validation in compliance with applicable requirements. Preparing the data and trends required by the Complaint Trending Review and other Quality Boards for early identification of product issues. Preparing reports for ad-hoc Complaint Data requests to support Risk Management, Product Registration, Audits, etc. Working directly with IGT-S stakeholders to ensure patient safety and quality, identifying trends and escalating issues to be addressed to the IGT-S PMS leadership team. Working with the various Key Performance Indicators (KPI) owners to maintain oversight of KPIs and ensuring accuracy of data reported to the leadership team. Assuring the data integrity of all output via appropriate verification and validation activities. Maintaining complaint related Master Data. You are a part of the Post Market Surveillance Team, a young, dynamic and multicultural team. To succeed in this role, you\'ll need a customer-first attitude and the following Bachelor\'s Degree in In Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Business Management, Science, Mathematics or equivalent related experience 10+years work experience in data analytics. Experience in Post Market Surveillance is an advantage. Experience with data science, data visualization, data warehousing, and statistical analysis. Experience working in regulated environments and/or knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as FDA Quality System Regulations, 21 CFR Part 820, and MDD/MDR, and international standards, such as ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304, is preferred. Understanding and working knowledge of applied statistics is a must. Able to use statistical tools (e.g. Excel, MiniTab) to trend complaint data. Previous experience within data analytics, evaluating trending data, and drawing insights to support leadership to take decisions in support of product safety and quality. Good communications skills verbal and in written. Ability to effectively communicate and present detailed information and trends to stakeholders (e.g. risk management, PMS central team) and IGT-S leadership. Patient safety, product quality and customer focus mindset. Ability to work cross-functional and cross-business teams. Product Knowledge is preferred.
